Steve Davis: No Rush On Suggs
I know there's been a lot of speculation about when Suggs will be back. He is eligible to come back after this weekend's game. I am okay with him taking his time.
The first game he is eligible for is the Texans game; I doubt he will be ready. My expectation is the Ravens will beat Dallas at home. Even if they lost in Houston the following week, that's 5-2. The next 2 games are a road game in Cleveland (win) and home vs Oakland (win).
That has the Ravens at, worst case in my mind, 7-2 through 9 games. I am ecstatic with that. Then turn Suggs loose vs the Steelers for the tenth game.
That's my scenario.
