Some Md. State Park Areas Closed By Flooding
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The Maryland Park Service says sections of some state parks in Central Maryland are closed until further notice.
The agency said Friday that the closures are due to flooding from recent heavy rains.
The closings are in the Glen Artney area of Patapsco Valley State Park; the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail between Phoenix Road and Glencoe Road; the Hills Grove area of Rocks State Park; and all areas along the Susquehanna River in Susquehanna State Park.
