So the holidays are over. Helllllo winter blues. Seriously, what do you possibly have to look forward to in the coming months besides the second half of Scandal (which you totally only watch on date nights because your girlfriend makes you…) and watching Liam Neeson overcome his bad luck for a third time? Well, it's time to cheer up my sad studs! Get out from in front of that screen and head to Sip Wine and Dine Baltimore.

Go ahead, grab your honey, that co-worker you've been stalking, or the stranger you just ran into while reading this on your phone, and slide on into the Ritz-Carlton Residences' new restaurant, Sip. This hot spot was born when tapas restaurant owners, Ann and Mark Jacobs, joined forces with Amy and Foster Smith's wine shop in GA.

Now, for the first time ever, they bring their magical tapas dishes and unique self-service wine experience to Maryland.

If you're looking to impress your date with a meal cooked by someone else (which is probably a good decision if you're hoping for another date) let Executive Chef Greg DeMichiel lend a helping hand with small or large plates, like the Crispy Georgia Pork Belly with bing cherry balsamic glaze, buttermilk fried okra, and grits.

Featuring 72 varieties of wine, offered by the bottle, full or half glass, or "by the sip" (a one ounce tasting, for those of you who just can't seem to commit), this unique spot will have you understanding why Olivia Pope always has a glass of wine in her hand. And with the entertaining setup, where you slip a Sip gift card into a wine machine, you and your date are bound to have a good time... and this time it won't be solely because of your blood alcohol level.

Sounds like a pretty solid way to turn those winter blues into winter whites and reds.
