Sheriff: Recent Murder Site Has Been Burglarized Twice
BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) -- Police have been called back out to the scene of a horrific crime in Harford County.
Sheriff's deputies returned to the Bel Air home where Robert Richardson, 16, is accused of killing his father.
A relative told police someone ransacked the home twice after Richardson was arrested.
Detectives say Richardson has confessed to the murder.
