Severn Man Behind Bars For Kidnapping And Armed Robbery
SEVERN, Md. (WJZ) -- A Severn man is arrested for kidnapping a taxi driver and robbing a store.
Police say Christopher Fay, 29, held the taxi driver at gunpoint, and forced him to go to the Dash In on Quarterfield Road. When they arrived, Fay made the driver follow him inside. He then demanded money from the cashier and a customer. Both refused, so Fay grabbed a pack of cigarettes and took off. He was later arrested at a local fast food restaurant in Glen Burnie.
Fay now faces a number of charges, including armed robbery, kidnapping, and carjacking.
