Sen. Pugh Attends Palm Sunday Service With Actress Jada Pinkett Smith

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Senator Catherine Pugh, who's vying to be Baltimore's next mayor, has accepted an invitation to attend a Palm Sunday church service with actress Jada Pinkett Smith.

Smith, who's married to Will Smith, was born in Baltimore and attended the Baltimore School for the Arts.

In a recent Baltimore Sun Poll, Pugh has emerged as a leader in the race for mayor.

Pugh and Smith attended a Palm Sunday service at the Macedonia Baptist Church.
