Search Continues For Suspect In Towson Target Christmas Eve Robbery
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- A suspect believed to be armed robs a Towson Target store on Christmas Eve. Now Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's help in finding the man responsible.

As you can imagine, on Christmas Eve the store was packed with customers, so police are hoping someone may have seen something that can help track him down.
As Christmas Eve shoppers swiped their final charges at Target, a man at the store on Putty Hill in Towson had a much different plan.
"A man walked into the Target store, passed one of the employees a note, implying that he had a weapon and demanded money," said Det. Cathy Batton, Baltimore County Police.
Baltimore County Police say the suspect entered just after 3 p.m Tuesday afternoon. At the time, the store was packed with customers.
"I cannot imagine being in there. That would be pretty scary," said Robin Anthony-Kouyate, customer.
After getting an undisclosed amount of money from the cashier, the suspect took off on foot through the parking lot and headed towards Goucher Boulevard.
"On Christmas Eve, a very busy store. We believe the thief was hopeful there was a lot of money there and that would be an attractive target," said Batton.
In a statement to WJZ, company representatives said: "Target can affirm that an incident took place at the Towson Target store and we are currently working with local authorities to resolve the situation."
As far as a description, police don't have a lot to go on. They say the suspect is described as a black male, between 20 and 30 years old, with a stocky build.
Customers, while shocked Target was targeted, say they've learned to expect anything this time of year.
"That is different, particularly for the area. But again, on Christmas Eve probably people driven to do something really stupid and drastic," said customer Carri Edwards.
Police say they are reviewing surveillance video, but it has not been released to the public.
