Rex Hoggard Talks Tiger, Phil in British Open on Scott and Jeremy
Rex Hoggard, a senior writer for GolfChannel.com, joins Scott and Jeremy to discuss the upcoming British Open.

With the players beginning to play practice rounds, Hoggard mentioned the main concern of the weekend being heavy thunderstorms throughout the tournament.
"I think that's going to be the story of the week. It's been raining this week, and it'll be much more green and a very different experience this time around," said Hoggard.
"Tiger Woods brought up that he's played three practice rounds and faced three different wind directions," Hoggard added.
As for the favorite to endure said weather conditions in the Open, Hoggard has a player in mind who has been successful before.
"Justin Rose is probably the hottest player on the planet right now, and he's just more comfortable lately."
However, the two players most viewers are curious about do not seem to have much in the way of momentum leading up to the weekend.
"I don't really give Phil much of a chance, because the fact is that Phil hasn't played very good golf this year," Hoggard admitted. "His form leading into this suggests he's not ready for this right now."
As for Tiger, it's more the case of recovery and knocking the rust off that has most analysts skeptical.
"I think [Tiger's] very confident and certainly healthy. He did miss the cut in his only start, so I thinking making the cut would be considered a good week."
