Worker Gets Stuck On Radio Tower In DC After Becoming Hypothermic
WASHINGTON, D.C. (WJZ) -- DC firefighters have rescued a utility worker that got stuck on a tower in DC.
According to DC Fire and EMS, the worker became hypothermic and was unable to lower himself.
The first responders arrived in the 6000 block of Georgia Avenue around 1:20 p.m. and have been working to lower the man since then.
The worker went up 120 feet and got stuck because of the bitter cold weather.
