Registration For Marine Corps Marathon Sells Out
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Registration for the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington has sold out.
The marathon sold out Wednesday, the first day public registration went online. Members of the military were allowed to register early. The 38th annual race will be held on Oct. 27.
The race passes the Washington Monument, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials as well as the Pentagon.
In 2012, the marathon sold out in two hours and 41 minutes.
