Redskins Player Visits National Children's Museum
OXON HILL, Md. (AP) -- Washington Redskins wide receiver Josh Morgan is visiting the National Children's Museum at National Harbor to participate in a literacy program.
On Saturday, Morgan will take part in a reading of "Bringing the Rain to Kapiti Plain" by author Verna Aardema. Museum officials say the event is part of a monthlong Read Across America celebration.
The readings will take place in the museum's theatre at 1:30 and 1:45 p.m.
The NFL player was recently named the Washington Redskins' Walter Payton Man of the Year.
