Redskins' Haynesworth Charged With Sexual Abuse
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth has been charged with misdemeanor sexual abuse.
A grand jury in Washington indicted Haynesworth on the charge Tuesday. Haynesworth, 29, is accused of fondling a server while at the rooftop lounge of a hotel in northwest Washington in February, sliding a credit card down the front of his server's dress and fondling her breast.
If convicted, he faces up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
