Ravens LB Elvis Dumervil Returns From Sprained Ankle In Game Full Of Injuries

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Ravens linebacker Elvis Dumervil left Thursday night's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second quarter with a sprained left ankle, but returned to action in the second half.

The injury occurred in the first half on the final play before the two-minute warning. Dumervil, Baltimore's sack leader, limped off the field and was taken to the locker room for treatment.

He returned on Pittsburgh's second drive of the third quarter.

Earlier in the game, Ravens wide receiver Brandon Stokley left with a sprained left knee. The injury occurred while he was running a route in the second quarter.

The Ravens ruled him out for the game.

Also, Pittsburgh defensive end Brett Keisel hurt his left foot in the first quarter and did not return.
