Ravens Get Love From Congress, Pelosi Accepts Defeat
WASHINGTON (WJZ) -- A "job well done" for the Ravens from our nation's capital.
Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger gave a speech on the House floor Wednesday--congratulating the most recent Super Bowl champs.
He pointed out that Rep. Nancy Pelosi--a Baltimore native--is a 49ers fan, but that she accepted the 34-31 loss with dignity.
She immediately got up and made her own speech, saying she would never bet against the Baltimore Ravens again.
