Ravens Fans Reacting To News Ray Rice Suspension Lifted
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Ravens fans are reacting to the news that Ray Rice's suspension is now lifted.
Meghan McCorkell spoke with the fans.
There is a lot of mixed reaction out there to the news that Ray Rice could soon be back on an NFL football field.

Word that Ray Rice's indefinite suspension from the NFL has been lifted spread across Cross Street Market.
"He was suspended two games. He should have done the two games and then been reinstated then," one fan said.
"We know what he did was wrong, but the penalty is what they gave him," said another fan.
Rice's days in Baltimore are over, but the question is: will another team put him on their roster?
"Yeah, absolutely. Somebody will pick him up," one fan said.
"I'm not sure if I was the owner if I would," said another.
As fans here in Baltimore react to the news, Rice's former teammates are also speaking out.

Since the Rice incident, the Ravens have partnered with House of Ruth—one of the nation's leading intimate partner violence centers.
In a statement to WJZ, executive director Sandi Timmins says:
"Intimate partner violence is a societal issue and is much bigger than Ray Rice. While unfortunate, this specific incident continues to shine a light on violence against women, and generates the public conversation we need to have to hold people accountable for abusive behavior. The issue touches all of us – 1 in 4 women will be in a physically abusive relationship at some point in her life. The House of Ruth Maryland continues to move our mission forward by working to change the attitudes and beliefs in our society that perpetuate all forms of intimate partner abuse. "
Back in September, thousands of Ravens fans lined up to exchange their Ray Rice jerseys after he was cut from the team.
Ray Rice has a separate grievance against the Ravens for wrongful termination of his contract. If Ray wins that case, he could collect more than $3 million.
