Rape Reported Near Towson University Campus
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- Women at Towson University are on alert after a reported rape near campus.
Baltimore County police say a Towson University student was sexually assaulted early Friday morning.
The attack happened outside the buildings at the University Village Apartments on Campus View Drive.
The victim told police she was grabbed from behind by two males and assaulted at about 1 a.m. Friday.
Right now, Baltimore County Police have not released any further information.
A Towson University spokesperson says the university is providing all the resources it can to help the victim.
