Ed asked Randy about the injury to Dexter McDougle and who will step in to fill his shoes at CB. Randy said the depth is not that great at CB and that guys like Will Likely and Isaac Goins will have to raise their games to another level.
Steve asked Randy about Maryland games not being on television in Maryland and how frustrating that is for him. Randy talked about ACC tv contracts and Connecticut not playing the game in a time slot that could be put on tv because of the jewish holiday.
Randy then talked about the match-up between Maryland's excellent offense vs West Virginia's stout defense. Randy said we need to keep our offense up tempo and try to wear them out. Randy also talked about Maryland's injury riddled defense vs West Virginia's low scoring offense. Randy said don't let WVU's slow start confuse you they have a young offense that is starting to gel.
