Voluntary workouts begin in the NFL off-season. Ray Rice, who is the Ravens franchise player, is not expected to show up for Monday's workout. Drew Brees of the Saints and Matt Forte of the Bears, both franchise players, are not expected to attend either.
The audio of Gregg Williams' speech to his players the night before the Saints playoff game against the 49ers, which was provided by filmmaker Sean Pamphilon, was not the first time that audio was heard. The NFL players association says that they heard the audio and video prior to it becoming public on April 4.

Roger Clemens' perjury trial makes it second go-round, getting underway with jury selection. Nine months after the first attempt ended in a mistrial, federal prosecutors are accusing Clemens of lying to a congressional committee, telling them he never used performance enhancing drugs.
