NFL news … USA Today is reporting former Chargers linebacker Junior Seau, who was found shot to death a month ago, battled insomnia and regularly took the prescription drug Ambien, according to friends. Seau's death was ruled a suicide
And Floyd Mayweather will begin his 87-day prison sentence in Nevada. Mayweather was convicted of domestic battery. His sentence could be reduced by several weeks for good behavior.He must also complete a yearlong domestic violence counseling program and 100 hours of community service.
