Prince George's Police Investigate Death Of Woman
DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police say they are investigating the death of a 32-year-old woman in District Heights as a homicide.
Police say they were called to check on Raquel Israel in the 2100-block of Brooks Drive about 9 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities say Israel was found unresponsive in an apartment bedroom.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Israel's death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy, but officials did not release the cause or manner of death.
Authorities are trying to identify a suspect or motive in the case.
