Police: Towson University Student Arrested For Shooting Threats
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ)--A Towson University student is arrested, accused of threatening to shoot up the campus.
Police tell WJZ that 18-year-old Matthew Cole made threats through an app, saying it would be "Virginia Tech part 2."
Our media partner, The Baltimore Sun, says Cole told police he made the threat because he wasn't doing well in school.
He posted a $100,000 bail and was released from jail.
