Police: Suspect Kills Woman, Apparently Tries To Kill Himself
ARBUTUS, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County police say a man killed a woman inside her Arbutus home and then apparently tried to kill himself.
The slaying occurred Friday inside a home on Belwood Green. Police say they were informed that a man had killed someone and planned to commit suicide.
Officers found 45-year-old Kathleen Washington dead inside the home. The man was unconscious from self-inflicted wounds and was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where police say he's in critical but stable condition. Police say they won't release his name until he's officially charged.
Police say Washington suffered multiple injuries, but they won't release a cause of death until an autopsy report is completed.
