Police Seize $65,000 In Cash, Drugs In Raid
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) -- Anne Arundel County police say officers have arrested two people and seized more than $65,000 in marijuana, steroids and cash after a raid on a home in Glen Burnie.
Police executed a search-and-seizure warrant on the Pine Terrace home Monday. Officers say they found 2,400 grams of marijuana with an estimated street value of more than $48,000. Authorities also seized nearly $18,000 in cash.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that police say they also found several guns and 6,000 rounds of ammunition.
Harrison Hickman and Samantha Beatty, both 23, were arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
