Police Seize 4 Guns, 800 Pills From Intoxicated Man Sleeping In Car
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—State Police say they seized four guns and almost 800 prescription pills when they found an intoxicated Charles County man sleeping in his car.
Authorities say they received a call on Tuesday morning when drivers reported seeing a possibly intoxicated man traveling on Rt. 5 in St. Mary's County.
Michael Laciny, 50, Waldorf, Maryland was later found sleeping in the 27000 block of Three Notch Road with his vehicle turned on.
A further search of the vehicle revealed four loaded handguns almost 800 prescription pills.
Laciny is charged with two felony handgun charges, CDS possession not marijuana, CDS possession with intent to distribute, CDS possession of paraphernalia and DUI.
