Hours-long standoff ends in West Baltimore
BALTIMORE -- An hours-long standoff ended Tuesday evening in West Baltimore, police said.
Officers responded to the 1100 block of North Carrollton Avenue.
Police closed the street for traffic, and citizens were advised to avoid the area.
Police have not said how the standoff ended, or how it started.
