Police Offer $5,000 For ID Of Columbia Mall Jewelry Store Robbers
COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ)—Howard County Police are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identities of three men who robbed a jewelry store at the Mall in Columbia on Wednesday, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.
Police responded to Edward Arthur Jewelers in the 10300-block of Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia at approximately 12:47 p.m. on Wednesday for a reported armed robbery.
Employees reported that three unknown men entered the store, displayed a gun and demanded jewelry from a case. The employees complied, and the suspects fled the store.
No one was injured in the robbery.
Police obtained surveillance footage from the mall that captured the suspects.
The first suspect is described as a black male wearing a green plaid shirt and a black Vancouver Grizzlies cap with a teal brim. A second suspect is described as a black male wearing a black and gray jacket and a black Cincinnati Reds cap with a red brim. A third suspect is described as a black male wearing a gray jacket and a white Chicago Bulls cap with a black brim.
