Police Make Arrest In Randallstown Double Murder
RANDALLSTOWN, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged a man with the murders of a couple in Randallstown. Police say the suspect is the estranged husband of one of the victims. He faces two counts of first-degree murder.
George Solis has more on what else police are saying about the suspect's past.
Police say they are still working to uncover the reason behind the murders but say it was likely linked to an ongoing custody battle over the couple's children.

The accused killer is Hursey's estranged husband, 43-year-old Dominick Hursey is now facing two counts of first-degree murder.
Bald Eagle Court was a grim scene Monday morning. What began as an emergency call quickly spiraled into something far more sinister.
"Bodies appear to have been there a while."
A slew of police and forensic investigators centered on the home where they say Chinika Hursey and her boyfriend Steven Campbell, both 36, were both victims of a targeted murder.
On Tuesday, police revealed what some in the neighborhood had already been fearing.
"We know that they separated at one point a few years ago and then they did get back together and then they separated again, this last separation seems to have been the final straw," says Baltimore County Police spokesperson Jennifer Peach.
WJZ has also learned a Howard County judge issued a protective order against Hursey back in February for domestic abuse.
At the home, members of the community are paying their respects by leaving flowers on the doorstep. Many are still outraged by the tragedy.
Police have also noted that Hursey's children were home at the time of the murders, but were not hurt.
Neighbors are now focusing their attention on helping the children cope with the loss. They tell WJZ they heard what they believe could have been gunshots before police were called to the scene.
"At the end of the day, it's all about children and prayer. Ya'll have to pray for these children," says one neighbor.
A cause of death for the couple is still being investigated by the medical examiner.
Police also tell WJZ Hursey was the scene the morning of the murders. Investigators were talking to him then. He was formally arrested earlier today. Family members tell WJZ Hursey was a mother of 4. Campbell a father of three. Hursey is being held without bail at the Baltimore County detention center.
