Police Make Third Arrest In Videotaped St. Patrick's Day Beating
BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A third suspect has been arrested in the videotaped beating of a Virginia man on St. Patrick's Day weekend.
Tips helped police identify four people from the video that went viral.
Deangelo Carter, 18, was apprehended Tuesday afternoon.
On Monday, Shayona Davis, 20, was arrested and charged with theft, assault and armed robbery because police say she hit the man with her high-heeled shoe.
Police are still looking for Shatia Baldwin, 21.
Aaron Parsons surrendered earlier this month and faces robbery, assault and other charges.
The victim told police that he woke up in his hotel room the morning after the attack with a black eye and missing his watch, phone and car keys.
