Police: Fatal Shooting Near Towson University Not A Random Act
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ/AP) -- Baltimore County Police continue to investigate a fatal shooting near Towson University and the Country Club of Maryland.
Police say the shooting death of a man in the 7000-block of Lachlan Circle was not a random act.
Officers were called to the victim's apartment around 6:55 p.m. Sunday. A resident in the area called to report a man who had been shot. When police arrived they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as Alsawab Sawab, 27. Police say he was not a Towson University student.
An investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made and there is no suspect information at this time.
