Man & Woman Dead After East Baltimore Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ)— A man and woman are dead after a shooting in East Baltimore over the weekend.
Just before 11 p.m. Sunday, officers received a call for discharging a gun in the 1700-block of Montpelier Street.
When police arrived to the scene, they found a black man lying in the street, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was unresponsive.
In a vehicle parked up the block with the front passenger door open, officers also discovered an unresponsive black female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital.
The male victim had numerous gunshot wounds in his torso and head and was pronounced dead at 11:21 p.m.
The female had gunshot wounds to her torso and was pronounced dead at 11:27 p.m.
The names of the victims have not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
No motive or suspect information is known at this time.
