Police Investigate Baltimore Area Shootings
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Several weekend shootings have the police hard at work.
Ron Matz reports the number of homicides for this year doubled in a single weekend in Baltimore County.
A man was shot and killed at a Parkville gas station early Sunday morning, and another man was found Saturday near Annapolis Road in Lansdowne in a field.
In Baltimore City, the police are investigating six separate shootings from this weekend, including a fatal shooting on Cliftview Avenue. One of the victims in the double shooting Sunday died from a gunshot wound to the chest. This is the city's 23rd homicide so far this year.
So far, there are no arrests in any of the shootings.
