ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- An investigative report by Anne Arundel County police says the driver of a car that crashed and killed him and two passengers had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent.
The Capital of Annapolis says 22-year-old David D'augustine, the driver in the March 31 crash in Odenton, was traveling about 75 mph when his car left the road, and hit a light pole and two trees.
Maryland's legal threshold for drunken driving is 0.08 percent.
The Capital obtained the report through a request under the Maryland Public Information Act.
D'augustine, 22-year-old Samuel Schindler and 22-year-old Katherine Warrington, both of Odenton, were also killed in the crash. A third passenger, 23-year-old Michael Phillips of Gambrills, remains hospitalized.
