Police Charge 15-Year-Old For Bomb Scare That Shut Down Kent County Schools
CHESTERTOWN, Md. (WJZ)-- Police have charged a Chestertown teenager for causing a bomb scare that shut down all the county schools on April 3.
A note claiming that a bomb was at all county schools was discovered on a door at Kent Middle School and 2,500 students were evacuated from Kent County's high school, middle school and five elementary schools. Police, however, did not find any explosives when they searched the schools.
