Police Blame Child Abuse For 4-Year-Old's Death
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Child abuse is what police say killed a 4-year-old Baltimore girl. While investigators are calling it a homicide, they haven't named a suspect.

After three days on life support, 4-year-old Dramiara Johnson died Saturday in her sister's arms.
"Without her, there's always going to be a part of me missing," said her father, Keith Gamble.
Gamble was at work when he says the little girl's mother called him saying she'd been hurt while playing. He rushed home to find Dramiara unresponsive.
"I picked her up and her arms went limp. I knew immediately something was real wrong," Gamble said.
When doctors at Johns Hopkins Pediatric checked out Dramiara, they told Gamble her injuries were worse than he was first told.
"They said the injuries were so severe that it took major force to cause those types of injuries," Gamble said.
Doctors say Dramiara suffered severe head trauma. Police are now investigating her death as a homicide.
"We have reason to believe this abuse was going on more than just this one incident," said Donny Moses, Baltimore City Police.
Gamble says although he and Dramiara's mother weren't together, she'd watch their kids while he was at work.
So far, police aren't ruling anyone out in the little girl's death.
"Everybody is a suspect until detectives get to the bottom of it," Moses said.
Gamble hopes police find who they're looking for soon.
"Whatever justice needs to be served needs to be served. I don't care who it is," he said.
Police say they've interviewed several family members and plan on making an arrest soon.
Police also want to remind everyone to report child abuse any time you suspect it may be happening.
