HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Police have arrested a man in a road rage incident overnight where a passenger in a car pointed a shotgun at a truck on Interstate 81 in western Maryland.
Maryland State Police say a truck driver from New Market, Va., reported a small red passenger car was driving recklessly near his truck just after midnight on Tuesday. Hagerstown police found the vehicle shortly after. The passenger, 20-year-old Brandon Scott Castle of Hagerstown, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and drug charges.
Police detained the driver, 21-year-old Alan Saunders, but then let him go.
