Officers say they've arrested 29-year-old Michael Bailey in connection to the murder of Baltimore Tattoo Museum employee James Forrester, 43.

Forrester was shot to death outside the museum. He had stepped outside to speak to his wife on the phone. She heard the moment he was shot.
"My husband did not have to die, a very amazing person was taken from this world, a light was snuffed out," Tina Forrester said.
Tina says she has confidence in the detectives working the case but more needs to be done to prevent senseless crimes.
"I'd like to hear some detailed plans, I would like to hear that the mayor is listening to people who have ideas," she said. "Instead of saying what a tragedy and what a crisis and it's out of control, they need to stop talking about it and really put in some measures to make this under control."
Authorities are still searching for a second suspect.
"The suspect that we have in custody is this man right here with the hat, the ball on top, the second suspect that has the cell phone, in his hand is the suspect we are still looking for," BPD spokesperson T.J. Smith said. "Tips from the community have been instrumental in helping us, and we are asking people to continue calling in."
