Police Arrest 19-Year-Old For Threatening Mass Shooting On College Park Campus
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WJZ)-- University of Maryland College Park police arrest a student for threatening a mass shooting on campus.
Police have released a picture of the suspect.
He is identified as Alexander Song, 19, from Fulton.
According to police, Song made numerous violent comments on the Internet saying: "I will be on a shooting rampage tomorrow on campus" and "Hopefully, I kill enough people to make it to national news."
Song is in custody undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
