Police: 1 Arrested, 1 Sought in Laurel Teen's Murder
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have arrested one suspect and they're still looking for another accused of the murder of a 19-year-old Laurel man outside the Knights Inn last month, authorities said Tuesday.
The victim, identified as Dalan Plummer, was found shot in the upper body in the 3300 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road about 3 p.m. June 25, according to Anne Arundel County Police. Plummer died of his injuries at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center July 3, and his death was ruled homicide.

After investigators released surveillance video showing two suspects in the shooting, they identified one of them as Malachi Tavon Ellis, 18, of Washington, D.C., according to police. Ellis was arrested on a warrant July 19. He's being held without bond at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, armed robbery, and related offenses.

A second suspect, identified as Brandon Holmes, 28, remained on the loose, at last check Tuesday. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Anne Arundel County Police at 410-222-4700.
There's a reward of up to $10,000 for tips leading to the arrest and conviction of Holmes.
