Pink Bank Robber Strikes Again In Md.
CHILLUM, Md. (AP) -- The pink bank robber has struck again.
Prince George's County Police say a woman wearing a pink head wrap and pink coat and holding a pink cell phone robbed a second bank last week.
Officers say about 5:30 p.m. Friday, the woman entered the Capital One Bank on Eastern Avenue in Chillum. Authorities say she gave a teller a note demanding cash. The teller gave the robbed an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled.
Police say the same woman robbed a Capital One Bank in Landover on Dec. 2. She is described as black, in her late 20s, approximately 5'8" to 5'11".
Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment in these crimes.
