Parkville Man Arrested For Robbery, Linked To Sex Offenses
PARKVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- A Baltimore County man is arrested for robbery, and linked to several cases of sexual assault.
Police say the suspect, Jordan Snyder, grabbed an elderly woman's purse in a Walgreens parking lot in Parkville and then took off. He was arrested a short time later.
Detectives have since been able to link the 19-year-old to at least two cases of sexual assault near Oak Summit Avenue --one in November 2011 and another in February 2012 -- in the same area.
Snyder is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. He is charged with two counts of fourth- degree sex offense, three counts of second-degree assault, robbery, and theft under $100.
Police believe there may be similar crimes that have not been reported to police. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
