Pam Shriver Live From Wimbledon
Baltimore-native & tennis Hall-of-Famer Pam Shriver joined The Norris & Davis Show live from Wimbledon. She talked about the future of 'grunting' in women's tennis. 'They can't legislate current players but they are in the process of putting some rules in place that will deter and stop the younger generation from doing it (grunting),' Shriver said. The future tennis stars are going to have to train differently according to Shriver, 'coaches are going to have to tell the players that want to join the pro tour that excessive noise when you hit the ball is not going to be allowed.'
