Orioles Radio Recap: Orioles Open Up A Three Game Set In Cincy
The Orioles opened up the final leg of their 9 game 3 city road trip tonight in Cincinnati, and also opened up this years interleague play. Starting pitcher Kevin Gausman struggled early in the game only lasting 2 and 2/3 innings pitched and giving up 8 runs. Eventually the Orioles fell to the Reds 9-3. Roch Kobatko of MASN Sports sat down with Manager Buck Showalter to preview the O's first interleague series of the year and discuss some Birds that are on the shelf. Joe Angel sat down with former Oriole Dave Johnson, who is filling in for Jim Hunter this series to get his thoughts on the O's 2017 season so far and the shape of their pitching staff.
