Orioles Merchandise & Ratings Up As Team Makes Playoff Push
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--The Orioles are in the middle of another playoff push, and that success is paying off in more ways than one.
The team says merchandise sales are up 89 percent compared to last year.
That's the biggest jump of any team in the major leagues.
And more fans are watching the Birds at the ballpark and on TV.
Attendance is up more than 15 percent, and TV ratings are up 50 percent.
