Orioles And Gallardo Deal On Hold After Physical
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Just a few days ago the Orioles and Yovani Gallardo reportedly agreed to a three-year, $35 million contract.
However, the deal may be in jeopardy thanks to the results of Gallardo's physical and the Orioles' expectations.
The Orioles take pre-signing physicals very seriously, and in the recent past they've reportedly squelched potential deals with players like Grant Balfour and Tyler Colvin because they didn't like the medicals.
This could lead to a restructuring of Gallardo's contract, or maybe he'll re-enter the market.
