O'Malley To Address Indian Business Leaders
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to speak with visiting business leaders from India.
O'Malley is expected to give remarks Tuesday afternoon to about 60 business leaders at the Maryland-India Business Forum.
In December, during a trade mission to India, Maryland leaders signed a memorandum of understanding to increase two-way trade and investment.
During that trip, leaders of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry announced that they would bring a delegation of business leaders to Maryland.
The forum will also feature remarks and presentations from the Secretary of State's Office, the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development and the Tech Council of Maryland.
