Officials Investigating After Fire Destroys Home In Montgomery County
GLENMONT, Md. (WJZ) -- Officials in Montgomery County are investigating the cause of a house fire in Glenmont.
The fire happened just before midnight at a two-story home located on Munson Street.
Two people were inside, but were able to get out safely, officials said.
While the cause of the fire remains unknown, it started in the kitchen and quickly spread, according to officials.
No one was hurt, but the fire caused more than $500,000 in damage.
