Ocean City Police Arrest 3 19-Year-Olds In The Public Safety Building's Parking Lot

OCEAN CITY, Md. (WJZ)-- Ocean City police arrested three men in the parking lot of the Public Safety Building on Tuesday. One of them was charged with possession of marijuana and two were charged with possessing the psychostimulant drug dextroamphetamine.

Police officers, who were in the parking lot of the building during their shift change at 8 a.m., observed the strong odor of marijuana coming from a black Hyundai parked there, and the three men in and around the vehicle.

Officers ordered the men-- Vance Austin Embry, Wayne Michael Jelinek and Julian Dominick Jordano, all from Cranberry, Pa. and aged 19-- to get out of their vehicle.

Officers found several bags of marijuana, paraphernalia and dextroamphetamine in the vehicle.

However, Embry, Jelinek and Jordano were released on their personal recognizance.
