N.Y. Giants Linebacker Mark Herzlich On His New Book About His Battle With Cancer
Mark Herzlich is currently a linebacker for the New York Giants who played his college football at Boston College.
Mark joined Ed and Steve to talk about his new book 'WHAT IT TAKES; Fighting For My Life And Love Of The Game' on his decision to possibly lose his career to get treatment for cancer.

Mark started by talking about his book and how it's more about the emotional toll a cancer diagnosis comes with. Mark also talked about how doctors told him he would never play football again and how he never gave up on his dream and despite being undrafted accomplished everything he wanted.
Mark also talked about how he had to keep an image of being strong even in the times when he was beaten down, and how that kept him going.
