No Injuries Reported After CSX Train Derails
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- No injuries were reported after eight cars of a CSX train derailed Sunday morning.
According to CSX officials, the derailment occurred near Hollins Ferry Road and Paca Street around 10:15 a.m. There were no hazardous materials involved.
The train was traveling from Hamlet (North Carolina) to Selkirk (New York) with two locomotives and 118 freight cars.
The cause of the derailment is under investigation.
