Neighbors Of Perry Hall Hit-And-Run Victim Demand Road Safety Improvements
PERRY HALL, Md. (WJZ)-- Calls for justice and safety improvements. A group of residents in Perry Hall seeks answers in a hit-and-run accident that left their neighbor dead.

A prayer for a fallen friend and neighbor at the scene of a hit-and-run accident that left Beverly Moore dead.
"Just look around here, and you'll know what she was thought of," Rose Stephen, Moore's friend of 40 years, said.
Last Sunday, Moore left the Weis on Joppa Road, then walked home along Seven Courts Drive.
When one car stopped to let her cross the street, the driver of a light-colored Ford 500 sedan pulled around the other car, striking Moore and speeding off.
"I don't understand. I don't understand how someone can hit a human being and leave them," Moore's neighbor, Dottie Hall, said.
"There's a lot of damage here, and not just to a car. You know what I mean," Keith Spence, a neighbor, said.
Neighbors want Baltimore County to make changes to the road or install a speed camera, concerned about nearby school children.
"From standing here, everyone can see people fly down this road. It's ridiculous-- the amount of speed on this road," Spence said.
While this group begins lobbying for the safety improvements, they also want to send a message to the driver at-large.
"Whoever did this, I hope they're watching and they get a sense of the pain they caused all of us," Moore's friend, Susan Push, said. "And I hope they turn themselves in."
The car that hit Moore should have visible damage to the front end. Friends and neighborhoods are offering a $500 reward for information.
